It was a fresh clean hotel with an onsen on the top floor. The cleaning service was top (as mostly usual at Japanese hotels). I was positively surprised that they changed our Yukata every day. The room was clean and fresh and the tatami was smooth to walk on. The beds were very comfortable and we could sleep very well. Our room was on the 14th floor so we could look out at the city which was beautiful sight, especially at night. We used the laundry facilities which was very quick (31 minutes) and right outside the hotel was a 7-eleven for convenience. We opted out on the breakfast, since we wanted to eat out, so we cannot say anything about the food. Overall we were very happy. The immediate surrounding area was full of nice Izakaya and also a really nice and big grocery store to buy those nice Japanese stuff you always wanted to bring home.

The hotel is neat and clean. Staff is very nice and professional. Speaks English. Location is 10min walk from the nearest metro station. There is a 7Eleven in front of the hotel. And it is situated in a calm neighborhood of Shinjuku, far from the loud animation next to the train station. Rooms are perfect. Equipment is nice as well. We took the Japanese breakfast which was value for money. The Onsen at 18th floor is astonishing. View is amazing and is worth the higher price for this hotel. I think the hotel is selected by both Japanese and foreigners because it's exceptional.

Hugo

Inviting entrance. Friendly and helpful front staff. Clean room with snacks and tea. Housekeeping is excellent. Open-air hot spring (REAL hot spring water from Hakone) with partial view of Mt. Fuji in the morning and Shinjuku skyline view in the evening. Seven Eleven (open 24 hour) is right across the street. Laundromat + beverage vending machine + free drinking water (grab the water bottle from your room!) are on the 5th, 10th and 15th floors respectively.

- The hotel is beautiful. Great design! - Lots of attention to details - Clean - Nice amenities in the room - The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing even though you are in the center of Tokyo - Walking distance to the major sights in Shinjuku - Amazing view from our room to the skyline of Shinjuku - Great to have an Onsen on the rooftop with an incredible view - The breakfast is awesome - Great value for what you get

Furansu

Tucked away in a quiet location, despite being just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. A wonderful rooftop onsen with beautiful views of the city skyline. The onsen also allows entrance to those with tattoos. Cozy and comfortable rooms with all the required amenities, possibly a bit larger than the average room in Tokyo. Great customer service and a lovely traditional breakfast experience.
